The first of which are a set of 3 separate but complementary risk questionnaires. These are based on returning to work safely during the Covid -19 global pandemic. Here is some information about them:
1. Covid – 19 People Risk Questionnaire
Description:
This is a ‘back to work’, risk based Questionnaire for HR professionals. It is an easy to use risk tool for surveying staff about their readiness to come back to work, whether they are working from home or the office. Use it to: assess people’s most common concerns related to their well being, Covid-19 vulnerability, the work they do and their finances, because it will help you make the right transitional choices for them.
2. Covid 19 – Operational Risk Questionnaire
Description:
This questionnaire is for middle management. It is an easy to use risk tool for managers to survey their functional risk environment, to facilitate keeping their staff safe whether they are working from home or in the office. Use it to: survey the staff running your business departments. This will help you find out if they have a good grasp of the pandemics’ effect upon the business operations, facilitates, regulations and legal requirements. You will find that it helps you collect the risks and uncertainties managed by them. You can then use the data to gain a good understanding of the controls that need to be put in place. (If your staff are already struggling to control some of the changes brought about by the pandemic, then it would be helpful to know about it). Helping to inform the Board, who are key decision makers, about employees wellbeing and it provides a basis for longer term sustainable recovery. It helps to protect your organisation from employee litigation, if things go wrong and will provide you with evidence that all has been done to protect the wellbeing of staff.
